Adrienne graduated from UMASS Dartmouth in 2004, with a BFA in Photography/Electronic Imaging. In her junior year she entered the world of printmaking where she learned photographic etching. This combinded two of her favorite things, photography and etching, and fused them together.
As far as photography goes, portraiture is her favorite form. Her style is more
of a candid view. When the models are family members or close friends, there
is a level of comfort where they can really relax and almost forget about the
camera.
Lately Adrienne has been shooting mostly digital, despite her love of slide
film. While in school, she was lucky enough to get to learn on a 4x5 large format
camera which was amazing for taking portraits, due to the amount of detail in
the images.
